Employees
At the end of 2010 the group had approximately 5,800 employees at operations all over the country. The number of employees has been reduced in recent years following rationalization requirements and a reduction in the number of production facilities.

Developing our employees
Skills development is a strategic measure to achieve the group's targets and ambitions, and we focus strongly on developing our employees. 

The group has several internal development programmes and encourages employees to obtain certificates in those professions where this is possible. We also have a strong focus on recruitment through apprenticeships.
