Before the latest reorganization he was group Vice President with responsibility for the processing and result unit region East. |

He has been employed by Prior since 1996 as organization manager at Østfold Eggsentral, general manager of Prior Øst and director for meat products with Prior Norge. Kolberg has previously been an advisor to the Ministry of Agriculture and has a degree in economics from the Norwegian Agricultural College. |

He started his professional life in Forbrukersamvirket / NKL in logistics and has since gained wide and varying sales experience from Hakon Gruppen AS, AktiMed Norway AS and Gillette Group Norway AS. Before Espevalen was appointed as sales director for Gilde Grocery, he was Commercial Director at L'Oreal Norway AS. |

Tor Aamot (55), group Vice President with responsibility for (HR) Human Resourses. Previous work experience as a lecturer, the office supplies industry in 3M, personnel director for Orkla Brands and later Orkla ASA, comes now from a position as consultant in his own company. Aamot graduated Cand.philol. with curriculum education, English and social studies.

Kai Linnes (56), group Vice President with responsibility for economy, finance, IT and property. He joined from the position as director of business development and has previously held several different positions in the company since he started in 1979. Linnes is a graduate economist from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration. |

Egil Olsvik (52), group Vice President responsible for communication, industrial policy and market regulation. He has had the main responsibility for strategy development and organizational changes in the group since 1992. He has work experience from Tine, among others. Olsvik is a graduate agronomist from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (UMB) with additional education in economics from the Norwegian School of Management. |
