The group board

The group board consists of 14 persons, whereof 9 are elected by the Nortura annual meeting and 5 are employee representatives.

 

 

Sveinung Svebestad, chairman of the board, is from Sandnes in Rogaland.
He has been a representative in Gilde since 1988, and was elected to the board in 2000, chairman of the board from 2008. Svebestad operates the farm Hana in the municipality of Sandnes on a full-time basis producing mainly milk, cattle and pigs in addition to some vegetables.

Kari Redse Håskjold, deputy chairman, is from Volda in Møre og Romsdal.
She has held several positions of trust for meat cooperatives and been the annual meeting envoy for several years. Redse Håskjold has been a member of the board of the Møre and Romsdal farmers' association for five years, been on central board of the Norwegian Farmers' Union for seven years, the last three as second deputy chairman. She has been a board member of IFAP for four years and is also a board member of the Development fund. Redske Håskjold is involved in meat and milk production.

Einar Høstbjør, is from Sarpsborg in Østfold.
He has been a representative in Prior since 1996, and was chairman of the board of Østfold Eggsentral from 1999 until the merger with Prior Norge. He was a member of the Prior board from 2000, and deputy chairman from 2001. In 2007 he was elected deputy chairman of Nortura. He is also a board member of Prior Hærland. He is involved with chickens, plant production, forestry and wood production.

Teig Madsen is from Harstad in the county of Troms.
Madsen came in as a representative and district manager in Gilde NNS in the mid 90s and has been an annual meeting envoy several times. Member of the board of NNS from 2002 until its discontinuation in 2006. From 2006 head of the Hålogaland contact committee and first deputy to the board from 2006, elected to the board in 2009. Teig Madsen is involved in sheep farming and production of eggs.

 Lars Petter Bartnes is from Steinkjer in Northern Trøndelag.
Bartnes is a graduate agronomist and is an agricultural technician in the field of animal husbandry. He has been a representative in Prior since 2001, and was elected to the board in 2004. He produces chickens, cattle, milk and grain.

Kjersti Hoff is from Løten in the county of Hedmark.
Involved in organic milk and meat production in Løten. In addition to farming, she is an accountant. She was also the general manager of the Womens' University in Løten and County Secretary of the Hedmark Farmer and Smallholder Association.Hoff has been the deputy mayor of Løten municipality for two periods. With regard to positions of trust she has been a board member of Østlandsmeieriet, member of the group council, head of the local contact committee and deputy chairman of Nortura.

Hans Kristian Heum is from Re in the county of Vestfold.
He is involved in swine and grain production. He has been a representative in Gilde since 1996 as a member and deputy chairman of the board of Gildebedrift, head of the contact committee and the group council. In 2007 he headed the organization committee.

Jofrid Torland Mjåtveit is from Nærbø in Rogaland.
During the recent years, Mjåtveit has completet postgraduate studies at the Norwegian University College for Agriculture and Rural Development in Jæren, both in management and livestock production. Mjåtveit is engaged in milk and beef production, and has its representative experience primarily from the Farmers' Association.

Elisabeth Hoff Aarstad isfrom Skarnes in Hedmark.
Hoff Aarstad studied agricultural economics from the UMB (former Agricultural University) in 1986, and operates with pigs. She has previously held directorships in both Gilde Hed-OPP and Fellesslakteriet and also has experience from the Farmers' Association.

Kay R Kristoffersen is the group representative for LO union members in Nortura. Kay is employed at the Tønsberg plant and has been a representative in Gilde since 1998. He was elected to the board of Gilde Norsk Kjøtt in 2005. Kristoffersen is employed at the office and resides at Natholmen in Sandefjord.

Ken Ove Sletthaug is employed at the Forus facility and has been a representative in Gilde since 1992. He has been a member of the board of Gilde Norsk Kjøtt since 2000. Slettehaug is on the national board of NNN and the negotiating committee for meat, is a meat cutter and lives in Sandnes.

Trond Andersen is employed at Nortura Løren as Space Manager. Andersen was elected to the board in Nortura in 2012, and is the main representative of the YS.

Viggo Sennesvik is employed at the factory in Bodø.
Sennesvik has held positions in Nortura/Gilde since 1997. Head representativ Gilde NNS years 2002 - 2006, and the head representativ region north of NNN since 2006.

Major business began in January 2002, and has been head representativ at the factory in Rakkestad since 2004. Chosen as a representative of NNN for Poultry area in April 2011.
